Sylvia's Holistic Journey

Sylvia's own personal journey as well as her various training has equipped her in helping her clients experience a safe and nurturing space during which real direction for positive change arises in the mind and heart of the clients.

Sylvia believes our greatest enemy to a prosperous future is our inability to make peace with past experiences (childhood wound/trauma), challenges and disappointments. We struggle to believe that we have what it takes to make it. But the desire to be more is born out of the fact that we are more than we currently allow ourselves to express.

As a Coach, she focuses on what’s most important to her clients and finds the most natural and effortless way to support her clients achieve breakthroughs. Sylvia says: “What I know is that we are all dealing with similar challenges, fears and pains. Where it differs is in HOW we deal with them. If we allow it to affect us we create dis-ease in our bodies. When we realize that everyone around us has similar issues it can be very empowering. It makes us feel less alone and inspires us to strive to overcome our barriers and limiting beliefs. Through various emotional healing techniques, more and more people are realizing and claiming the power they have over their lives. Coaching is one tool that helps people turn that realization into something concrete and tangible.

What’s important for me is for my clients to align with their heart, where the wise self, the truest part of us resides. From this connection, life changes, every thought, word, the action comes from a higher perspective, which in turn allows us to live authentic lives in line with our values. Through this alignment, all our goals, dreams, visions take on a new meaning and are then manifested in ways beyond our imagination. What I do best is inspire and awaken individuals to step into their self-authority and embrace the fullest expression of their true SELF. I do this by creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients to compassionately remove the shackles they have placed on themselves and find the freedom within to live life from their scared Heart.”

As a seeker of knowledge, Sylvia holds several designations including Accredited Relationship System Coach; Kids Coach; Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapist; Reiki Master/Teacher; Energy Healer and intuitive. Sylvia is a spiritual mentor who finds deep joy and fulfillment in guiding, teaching and mentoring conscious individuals, creatives, healers and entrepreneurs on how to move through their limiting beliefs and step into their personal power allowing them to bring their gifts and talents into the world with clarity and ease.
